I just can’t stop playing with this bundle: Banner Sayings (167051). I’ll be using this bundle for the February class, both in-person and virtual. The project today is so simple and uses up scraps of DSP (designer series paper).

It starts with a card base that I’ve “smudged” by blending ink onto the card front to give it a little texture. I also added ink to a smaller piece of the same color to punch the greeting banner from.

Using the B side of Floral Impressions DSP, I first cut 3/8″ strips, then punched out five different patterns with the middle banner option of the Three Banner Punch.

I used the Textured Notes dies to cut a white rectangle to first dry-fit, then adhere the banners to.

Then I punched out the greeting banner from the ink-blended extra piece. Using linen thread, I tied a big, loopy bow and attached it to the back with a glue dot. I then adhered the greeting to the card front with dimensionals.
